Planning a Party? Here's How to Order Cookies Like a Pro

Event orders are my favorite — there's something about knowing a room full of people is going to taste something I made. But getting it right takes a little planning. Here's everything you need to know.

Lead Time: Don't Wait Until the Week Of

For standard orders (under 50 cookies), I ask for 3–5 days notice. For event orders — 50 cookies or more — please reach out 1–2 weeks in advance. Holiday season (Thanksgiving through New Year's) books up fast. If you're planning something for November or December, reach out in October.

How Many Cookies Do You Actually Need?

A good rule of thumb: plan for 2–3 cookies per person for a dessert table, 1–2 if cookies are one of several dessert options. For a party of 50, that's 100–150 cookies. I offer bulk pricing for orders of 50+ — reach out and we'll figure out the right quantity together.

Packaging Options

For events, I can do individual boxes (great for favors), large display boxes for dessert tables, or tiered displays. The window boxes with ribbons are popular for showers and weddings. Just let me know the vibe and I'll make it work.

The Deposit

For large orders, I require a 50% deposit to hold your date. This protects both of us — it ensures I have the ingredients and time blocked, and it ensures your order is locked in. Balance is due at pickup.
